What I do

My approach involves identifying your nutritional and biochemical needs through thorough assessment and cutting-edge functional testing. Following this, I craft customised protocols (not off-the-shelf programs) that encourage you to live by simple food rules tailored to your health and lifestyle.

In particular, I use natural solutions and products which complement any existing prescriptions. Also, I teach my clients that there are options to try if prescription drugs aren’t the right solution for them at the moment.

I offer a nutritional analysis service using NUTRITICS to produce a detailed report providing you with a breakdown of your average nutritional intake (calories, protein, fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals). This is useful for monitoring your health concerns, identifying possible deficiencies or excesses as well as checking whether you need supplements.
